Processing Times

Most items in this shop are made-to-order just for you. Most items ship within 5–7 business days.

Processing times are estimates and may be longer during busy seasons, holidays, or due to supplier delays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within:

  • United States: approximately 3–7 business days

  • International (if offered): approximately 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

These timeframes are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method. Occasionally we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; any such offers will be clearly displayed on the site.

Multiple Shipments

Because some products are produced by different print partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method). If you haven’t received tracking within the expected processing time, please reach out via the Contact page with your order number.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, and around porches/side and back doors.

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an inquiry.

  3. If you still cannot locate the package after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us with your order number and case details.

We handle lost-package situations case by case. While we will always do our best to help, we are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
