Orders & Processing

Q: How long will it take to make my order?
A: Most items are made to order just for you. These items typically take 5–7 business days to process. During busy seasons (especially holidays), processing may take a bit longer.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: We start your order quickly, so changes are time-sensitive. If you need to update personalization or cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an item has gone into production or shipped, we are not able to change or cancel it.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. International orders (if offered) can take 7–21 business days.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Q: My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t see my package. What should I do?
A: First, check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, and around porches/side doors. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you still can’t locate it after that, reach out to me and I’ll help however I can.

Personalization & Custom Orders

Q: How do I add personalization to my order?
A: On each product page, there’s a personalization box or dropdown. Add names, monograms, dates, or wording exactly as you’d like it printed (including capitalization and spelling). We copy your text directly, so please double-check before checkout.

Q: Will I see a proof before you print?
A: For most items, we do not send proofs automatically so we can keep processing times fast. If you want a proof, please leave a note at checkout; this may add 1–2 business days to your processing time.

Q: Can you design something completely custom?
A: In many cases, yes! If you’d like a custom pattern, color tweak, or a new design built just for you, send us a message with what you have in mind and we'll let you know options, pricing, and timing.

Products & Materials

Q: How are the products made?
A: All products are printed using high-quality, professional printing methods through our production partners. Designs are infused into the fabric for rich color that’s made to be enjoyed season after season with normal use and care.

Returns & Problems With Orders

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because most items are made to order and/or personalized, we generally can’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color, or typos provided at checkout. If there’s an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or there’s a printing mistake?
A: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Etsy vs. This Website

Q: I found you on Etsy. Is this the same shop?
A: Yes! This site is the home base for The Preppy Estate Collective. We still love our Etsy customers, and many of the same designs are available there—but shopping here helps support our small business directly and gives me more flexibility with new collections and bundles.
