Where we ship

We currently ship from the United States to most countries.
Processing time
Many of our items are made-to-order just for you.

All items usually ship in 5–7 business days.

During peak seasons (especially November–December), processing times may be slightly longer.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order volume and supplier delays.
Shipping time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in:

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

International orders (if you offer them): 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
We can’t guarantee carrier delivery dates, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and shipping method selected. Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions; those will be clearly marked on-site.
Multiple packages
Because some products are produced by different print partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days, please reach out via the Contact page with your order number.
Wrong address / undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control, but we’ll always do what we can to help you track things down.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made-to-order and/or personalized, we have a limited return policy.
Eligibility window

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Requests made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Personalized or custom items (names, monograms, custom text, special colors, etc.)

Sale or clearance items
-
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Please review personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Email us or use the Contact form within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
-
A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging (including any damage)

Once we review, we will:

Arrange a replacement at no extra cost or

Issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation and product.
Change-of-mind returns
Because our items are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or color

Not liking the design after receiving it
If you’re unsure about a product, sizing, or color, please contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help you decide.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package:

Double-check with household members, neighbors, and your mailbox/porch.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number to open an inquiry.

If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us. In many cases we can help file a claim, but replacements for packages marked as “delivered” are handled on a case-by-case basis.
