How do I personalize my item?

Enter your personalization details in the personalization box on the product page (name, monogram initials, house number, etc.). Please double-check spelling and capitalization—your item will be printed exactly as submitted.

What monogram order should I enter?

For traditional monograms, enter initials in this order: First – LAST – Middle (example: Anna Marie Smith → A S M). If you want a different style (all initials in the same size/order), note that in the personalization box.

Can I see a proof before it prints?

To keep production fast and pricing fair, proofs aren’t included by default. If you’d like a proof, message me right after placing your order and I’ll tell you whether your item/timeframe allows it.

Can I change the personalization after ordering?

Maybe—if production hasn’t started. Message me ASAP with your order number and the exact change needed. Once an item has entered production, changes aren’t possible.

Do you offer custom colors or design tweaks?

Often, yes! If you want a different color, wording, or a small layout change, send a message with what you have in mind before ordering. I’ll confirm what’s possible and any updated turnaround time.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most items are made to order. Production time is listed on each product page. During peak seasons (holidays, graduation season), production may take a bit longer—ordering early is best.

When will my order ship?

Your order ships after production is complete. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Can you rush my order?

Sometimes. Message me with your needed-by date and your zip code before ordering. I’ll tell you the fastest option available (if any).

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are personalized and made to order, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If there’s an issue with your order, please message me—I’ll make it right.

What if I made a typo in the personalization?

Since items are printed exactly as submitted, typos entered at checkout aren’t considered a printing error. If you catch it quickly, message me immediately and I’ll try to update it before production starts.

What if my item arrives damaged or there’s a printing problem?

Message me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If there’s a production defect or shipping damage, we’ll work together on a replacement or resolution.
